Getting started
From signup to a working receptionist in about 15 minutes.
- 1Sign up at /signup. It's free; no card needed.
- 2Pick a template: Clinic, Salon, Real estate, Restaurant or Auto service. It fills in the greeting, questions, booking rules and starter FAQs.
- 3Edit your business details: name, hours, services, address, and the staff number for live transfers.
- 4Add FAQs to the knowledge base — prices, parking, documents to bring. Short question + answer pairs work best.
- 5Make a test call from the agent page using your browser mic. Browser test calls are free.
- 6Add the web chat widget to your website (see Web chat). Phone numbers and WhatsApp are coming soon.
