Phone numbers
Connect Twilio, Plivo or Exotel. Replace YOUR_APP with your app domain (callanswerdesk.com for the hosted service).
Coming soon: phone numbers are not live on callanswerdesk.com yet. This page describes the setup for when they launch.
Buy or port a number with your carrier, add it under Phone numbers in the dashboard and attach it to an agent. Then point the carrier at these URLs (HTTP POST).
Twilio

Requests are verified with the X-Twilio-Signature header using TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN.

Requests are verified with Plivo's V3 signature using PLIVO_AUTH_TOKEN.
Exotel
In your Exotel flow, add a Passthru applet pointing to the URL below. It logs every call — including missed ones — so the missed-call WhatsApp follow-up fires.
Passthru URL
https://YOUR_APP/api/telephony/exotel/voice?k=KEYKEY is the signed key shown next to your Exotel number in the dashboard. Requests without the right key are rejected in production.
