Languages
English by default. 11 Indian languages and code-mixed speech are built but switched off.
Indian-language support is off by default; the agent hears and answers English only. The operator can turn it on with FEATURE_INDIAN_LANGUAGES=true.

Code-mixed speech
Hinglish, Tenglish and Tanglish are understood and answered in the same mix, with native scripted replies. Callers can switch language mid-call.

Speed
- Fast mode answers scripted turns (greeting, hours, booking prompts) without calling an LLM.
- Barge-in: callers can interrupt the agent mid-sentence.
- AI runs on our own GPU server first (Qwen); a hosted model is used only as fallback.
