- You are charged each phone call's exact cost (telephony + speech-to-text + voice + AI), as shown on the Costs page. No markup.
- Top up from Billing: ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,500 via Razorpay, or €10, €25, €50 via Stripe.
- Balance below zero? Incoming calls are still answered. Outbound campaigns pause until you top up.
- Monthly plans exist in the code but are switched off (FEATURE_PLAN_TIERS).
